This is called, ‘Rodízio’ ,which means ‘in cycle’. Churrascaria is a tradition for more than three centuries in Brazil. The original and unique way of roasting meat, conserved the characteristic taste of each portion, leaving the cuts full of its natural juices and flavors.

The Brazilian festive tradition comes to life in centenary barbecue lounge, as diners will enjoy a vast selection of roasted meats carved at your table along with a variety of side dishes.

In cooperation with Uganda Wildlife Safaris Ltd. we also support their community based wildlife conservation program through sport hunting by offering a wide selection of different game meats. The revenue generated flows back to the community and actively supports wildlife conservation!

Choose from juicy game meat like Sitatunga, Buffalo, Warthog, Zebra, Impala, Reedbuck, Uganda Kob, Hartebeest, Waterbuck, Oribi, Duiker or Bushbuck.

Please note that, not all game meat items will be available all the time.
