I have been to Kidepo Guesthouse in Entebbe. It is a GuestHouse above many, with very hospitable staff, fine and affordable meals. there accomodation is fantastic.
Kidepo GuestHouse is a a nice hideout to escape to, relax ,do your work, simply rest.
Each time you are sick of noise and pollution in Kampala, escape to Kidepo in Entebbe, nothing to regret.
Forget not, ask for their whole fish.
