The Smart Tenant Management System is a comprehensive mobile and web-based application designed to help property owners in Uganda efficiently manage their rental properties (apartments, standalone houses, shopping malls, and shopping arcades). The system allows property owners to oversee multiple properties while delegating day-to-day operations to Building Managers and their teams (Accountants, Caretakers, Security, and Maintainers). It focuses on rent collection (including installments and advance payments), security deposit management, maintenance, utilities, and clear financial reporting.
